Terms of Service
These terms govern access to DealTally, a record-keeping and operational management service.
The service
DealTally helps authorised users record and reconcile business activity. It does not receive, hold, exchange or transmit money or digital assets on your behalf, and it is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your account and workspace
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and authenticator methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners control member access and are responsible for ensuring users are authorised to view the workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use DealTally unlawfully; probe or bypass security; interfere with availability; upload malicious content; access another workspace without permission; or use the service to misrepresent records. We may restrict access to protect users, the service or third parties.
Your records
You retain responsibility for the records you enter and for maintaining any independent source documents or backups your organisation requires. Posted ledger movements are intentionally immutable and corrections are recorded through reversals.
Plans and payment
Plan limits and prices are shown before purchase. Paid plans renew until cancelled and remain available through the paid period, subject to the purchase channel's terms. Failure, reversal or cancellation of payment may end paid entitlements without deleting your records.
Availability and liability
We work to keep DealTally secure and available, but no online service is uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealTally is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
